Founded in 2017, Paul has led AAR Development to becoming one of the leaders in developing Mesa's downtown and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from Arizona's top university with a Masters in Real Estate Development , Paul's unique stylistic approach created multiple opportunities and leading AAR Development to new heights.

With an eye for design and a vision for excellence, Camille is a natural leader in the concept to design approach to development. Camille is a natural communicator and superior negotiator to help bring projects in on time and on budget.
Operations
Joining the team in 2017, Hunter leads our estimating and scheduling departments. Hunter has a superior ability to procure subcontractors and materials needed to exceed expectations with the final development project.
Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, we have grown to residential and commercial developments in our cities downtown.
